- Technical error where paid service is not delivered

- No suitable match found
- User did not use the service
- Change of mind after purchase

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any refund request. All decisions made by Sundar Shaadi regarding refunds are final.
